A six week Start Rowing course open to both men and women
North Staffs Rowing Club are running an introduction to rowing course in Spring 2010 at Rudyard Lake.

The session will run on Wednesday evenings generally from 6.00pm until 7.30pm. For further information and to apply contact Richard Bebington on 01538 383070, email richardbebington@yahoo.co.uk. The cost of the 6 week course is £60. The only requirement is that you can swim 50m and that you are aged 16 or over. The sessions will cover water and boat safety, basic rowing technique and will include dry land and water-based training. Every session will include time on the water.
