A six week Start Rowing course open to both men and women
North Staffs Rowing Club are running an introduction to rowing course starting 24 February 2008 at Rudyard Lake. First come – first served –there are only 8 seats in the boat!

The session will run on Sunday mornings from 10.30am until 12.00 noon and will run on the following dates (excluding Easter): 24 Feb, 2 Mar, 9 Mar, 16 Mar, 30 Mar, 6 Apr. The only requirement is that you can swim 50m and that you are aged 16 or over. The sessions will cover water and boat safety, basic rowing technique and will include dry land and water-based training. Every session will include time on the water.
