- Lightweight coxless quad/four
- 3x Virus sculling boats
- Upgrade to the footplates and stretchers in the club's four
- 4x pairs junior macon blades (second hand)
- ARA level II coaching courses (3 places)
- Powerboat training (3 places)
- Walkie-talkies and a loudhailer
After school sessions at St Edward’s, Leek start after 1/2 term and the response so far from the pupils during the curriculum sessions has been very encouraging.
The next step will be a club-based junior section on Saturday mornings at Rudyard based around pupils who have been through the indoor rowing programme at St Edward’s. Prospects for the club establishing a new junior section have taken a big step forward.
