Potential World Champion Trains at Rudyard
Anna Bebbington, who came 5th at this years World Rowing Championships in Japan, came down to Rudyard for a training session.
Anna's parents, Caroline and Richard, are keen members of the NSRC and on Sunday 11th Sep she joined them at the lake and went out for a row with the mens 4. Despite spending all summer in a scull she had no problem in jumping into the bow seat and providing some useful coaching to the novice rowers (thank you :-)
Anna has just passed her degree and has just started a job working for a Company as a geologist which, she hopes, will allow her to train hard for next seasons racing and the 2006 championships which are being held on her home turf. Go Anna!
